Merchandising

We have a dedicated team of Merchandisers who work closely with the clients to understand and to take care of their needs. They communicate with the clients on a day- to-day basis. The Merchandiser is responsible for maintaining on time delivery dates. This team constantly follows up with vendors and buyers / inventory teams. We provide various communication tools to a complete picture of production. Our reports are designed to improve Communication and cover production status and shipping.

Design & Product Development

We provide complete service in developing product as per our buyers' requirement, coordinating the development and timely deliveries of samples. The product development is done under strict control and supervision of our team, which would review each sample for aesthetics and performance to care. Key member ‘s of the team travel to the major fairs/markets around the world to keep ourselves abreast with the latest development and market trends.

Shipping

We assist our clients with documentation and in consolidating cargo Container planning is a regular feature and is coordinated between Merchandising and shipping teams. We work on a day-to-day basis with Consolidators and Shipping Lines for smooth flow of cargo also Pre & Post shipping advises are sent to clients as may be their requirements.

Fabric Checking

Checking of the fabrics and made-up are done in the manufacturing site by skilled checkers and quality control chart in maintained to control defects in further productions.

Stitching

Stitching of made-ups dine in domestic stitching units which are equipped with power sewing machines. Perfect sizes are maintained for the made-ups to ensure the quality by maintaining proper quality control techniques. Quality threads are used for stitching the made-ups to ensure the quality of stitching is up to global standards.

Packing

Packing has been taken care with outmost care, as separate department has been there to take over the packaging. A separate packing manager with his skilled packing workers does the packaging at minimum time limit. Packing are made according to the customers specifications like inserts cover, stiffeners, plastic changers, normal poly bag packing.
